The diet* No white bread or white flour
* Good breakfast
* An apple 30 minutes prior to lunch
* One small chocolate a day :-)
* Plenty of water
* Plenty of fiber
* Exercise (the sweating kind) three times a week
* Control your calories daily
* Sleep up to 8 hours a day
* Wear high heels on Wednesdays and Sundays - they'll tone your legs :-)
* Take Calcium and vitamin D daily
* Avoid sodas and ready-made fruit juices. Drink homemade lemonade instead (with sweetener)
* Don't eat as much as you can. Eat as much as you need to.
* Never ever feel full!
* Don't stock up on junk food, except chocolates :-)
* Eat pasta and meat once a week only
* Eat vegetables and salads every single day
* Eat beans and 7-grain rice at least three times a week
* Avoid deserts, but if you have to have something sweet, go for the dark chocolate piece :-)
* Drink water before going to sleep and immediately after waking up
* Avoid caffeine but if you have to take it, have it once a day
Time organisation
* Organize the week on Sunday evening
* Wake up early everyday and read the Bible first thing
* Do the things you don't like to do first thing in the morning
* Avoid watching TV everyday. Rent a movie or go to the cinema once a week instead.
* Set up a day of the week to take care of the house needs
* Set up a day of the week to spend entirely with your family
* Do your hair and make-up in 30 minutes. Shower in 10.
* Choose your outfit the night before, including all the accessories you'll add to it
* Use your lunch break to reply to personal emails
* Leave the 'chat with friends' time for after hours
* Check your Facebook and twitter account during lunch break or after hours

I actually have nothing to say, except to put this into practice in my life. These are real life tips which are practical and will save me lots of time and make me to deliver all that I need to with no ecxuse of being overloaded! This is very helpful.Evrything that God put in my plate, I can eat, beacuse HE SAID HE SAID IN HIS WORDS THAT HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME MORE THAN I CAN BEAR!
